Established in 2015 at Mangaon MIDC, Maharashtra (India), Cryptzo Engineering Pvt. Ltd. operates from a state-of-the-art, 35,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility designed for high-efficiency operations and world-class production standards. Our infrastructure is supported by dedicated departments including Quality Testing, Warehousing, Procurement, Product Development, and Sales & Marketing.
We are a professionally managed organization, led by highly qualified technocrats with over 100 years of cumulative industry experience. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified, reflecting our steadfast commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Cryptzo specializes in the manufacturing and supply of UL-listed Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems, utilizing both HFC-227ea and FK-5-1-12 (FK1230) as suppression agents. We offer fully integrated capabilities including in-house design, engineering, manufacturing, and advanced filling stations, allowing us to maintain total control over product quality and delivery timelines.
We proudly stand as the first and only Indian manufacturer in all of Asia under the ‘Make in India’ initiative to offer a fully UL-listed system in both 25 bar and 42 bar for HFC-227ea and FK1230 agents.
All key hardware components—Valve Assembly, Electric Control Head, Pneumatic Actuator, Discharge Hose, Actuation Hose, Check Valves, and Nozzles—are entirely designed and manufactured in-house (excluding the cylinder body), eliminating any dependence on third-party or overseas suppliers. This enables us to quickly respond to customer demands with speed and flexibility.
Our systems are thoroughly tested in the presence of UL and meet NFPA 2001 guidelines as per UL 2166 standards, including full-scale fire testing. We offer complete UL-listed systems in both seamless and welded cylinders, with welded cylinder systems specifically designed for our export markets.
Cryptzo’s manufacturing facilities and UL-listed filling stations are located in India and UAE, with regulatory approvals including UL and PESO (Petroleum Explosives Safety Organization). Our valves and cylinders are PESO-approved, ensuring full compliance with Indian statutory requirements.
