Inert Gas Fire Suppression
Cryptzo offers a range of VdS-approved Inert Gas (IG) Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems, including:
IG-541: Nitrogen (52%) + Argon (40%) + CO2 (8%)
IG-55: Nitrogen (50%) + Argon (50%)
IG-100: Nitrogen (100%)
IG-01: Argon (100%)
Available in both 200 bar and 300 bar configurations, these systems are ideal for sensitive environments where safety and environmental impact are top concerns.
Yes, Inert agents like INERGEN® are safe for use in occupied areas. While NFPA 2001 advises evacuation after discharge due to potential combustion by-products (similar to all suppression systems), inert gases themselves are non-toxic and leave no residue, ensuring safety for people and assets alike.
- VdS-approved complete system
UL Listing for full system components
PESO-approved cylinder valves and filling stations
Designed as per NFPA 2001 standards
Made in India – Designed and manufactured at our ISO-certified facility in Mangaon, Maharashtra
VdS-approved components and systems
300 bar systems available—allowing more gas per cylinder, reducing system footprint, accessory costs, and overall project costs
Centralized system design with selector valves to protect multiple hazards
Custom-engineered solutions for each application
Cryptzo’s 300 bar systems offer:
Higher gas volume per cylinder
Fewer cylinders needed, reducing storage space
Lower accessory and installation costs
A compact, cost-effective fire suppression solution ideal for modern infrastructure
All systems are manufactured at our state-of-the-art ISO-certified facility in Mangaon, Maharashtra, India. We handle design, engineering, quality control, and final testing in-house to maintain the highest standards.
Pricing is Ex-works Mangaon, and freight charges are to be borne by the customer.
To create a precise system design, please share:
Room dimensions (Length x Breadth x Height)
Drawings (AutoCAD preferred) showing the room, ceiling, and subfloor areas
Preferred cylinder storage location
For 80L & 140L cylinders, a rough estimate for piping, fittings, supports, manifold, testing, and commissioning per cylinder is approximately INR xxxxx. (Final quote may vary based on site layout and project complexity.)
Design concentration varies based on the type of IG agent used and room configuration. Our systems are custom-engineered to ensure compliance with NFPA 2001 and local safety standards, ensuring optimal protection with minimum disruption.
Chemical Fire Suppression Systems
Cryptzo offers UL-listed, clean agent chemical fire suppression systems using:
HFC-227ea (Heptafluoropropane)
FK1230 (FK-5-1-12)
Both agents are EPA SNAP-approved, environmentally safe, and suitable for use in occupied spaces.
HFC-227ea works by physically absorbing heat at the molecular level, rapidly reducing the temperature of the fire until it can no longer sustain combustion. It does not deplete oxygen, making it safe for occupied areas.
FK1230 extinguishes fire through heat absorption, breaking the combustion cycle without removing oxygen from the air. It's safe for people, leaves no residue, and is ideal for sensitive environments like data centers, museums, cleanrooms, and libraries.
Both systems are designed for rapid action:
Discharge Time: Within 10 seconds
Fire Extinguishing Time: Within 30–40 seconds This ensures minimal damage, reduced downtime, and lower repair costs.
Cryptzo offers systems in:25 bar (standard)
42 bar (for extended reach, multi-zone protection, and larger hazards)
42 bar systems allow for:Longer piping distances
Fewer cylinders
Smaller system footprint
Greater design flexibility
Cryptzo’s chemical fire suppression systems are:
UL-Listed
Compliant with NFPA 2001
EPA SNAP-Approved
PESO-approved for cylinder and valve use
Designed and manufactured at our ISO-certified facility in India
FK1230 has:
Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP)
Global Warming Potential (GWP) of just 1
Atmospheric lifetime of only 5 days It’s one of the most sustainable halocarbon alternatives available.
HFC-227ea has been widely used for decades due to its:
Proven reliability
Compatibility with a wide range of fire hazards
EPA recognition since 1993 for safe use in occupied spaces
Strong global adoption and performance track record
HFC-227ea Cylinders (PESO/UL approved):
Seamless: 34L, 80L, 120L, 140L
Welded (Export): 15L, 29L, 49L, 80L, 104L, 148L, 227L, 369L
